Mouse Anti-LGR5 Agonistic Antibody (VS-0724-XY32) (CAT#: VS-0724-XY32)

The agonistic mouse antibody reacts with LGR5 (Leucine rich repeat containing G protein-coupled receptor 5), which is a leucine-rich repeat-containing receptor (LGR) and member of the G protein-coupled, 7-transmembrane receptor (GPCR) superfamily. This antibody specifically reacts with human LGR5. It has been tested using Flow cytometry, Agonistic assays, Mass Cytometry and Immunocytochemistry. The recommended dilutions of Flow cytometry and Immunocytochemistry is 0.25 µg/106 cells and 8-25 µg/mL.
