    Mab AA98 is a recombinant mouse Fab binds to human CD146, a marker on the tumor cells. It can significantly inhibit the expression of MDA-MB-231 cells interstitial cell marker Slug, upregulate epithelial cell marker E-cadherin and inhibit cell migration. It can also be used in the combined anti-tumor therapy with other antibodies.
