Mouse Anti-MCAM Recombinant Antibody (clone AA98) (CAT#: HPAB-0031-YJ)
Mab AA98 is a recombinant mouse monoclonal antibody binds to human CD146, a marker on the tumor cells. It can significantly inhibit the expression of MDA-MB-231 cells interstitial cell marker Slug, upregulate epithelial cell marker E-cadherin and inhibit cell migration. It can also be used in the combined anti-tumor therapy with other antibodies.

- The antibody AA98 has been reported in applications of Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay, Flow Cytometry, Inhibition, Immunohistochemistry-Frozen, Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation. It's recommended that the optimal antibody concentration, dilution, incubition time etc. be carefully titrated in specific assays.
Inhibition:10 μg/mL anti-CD146 monoclonal antibody AA98 was added in the medium for inhibition.
