Mouse Anti-MUC16 Recombinant Antibody (HPAB-1115LY) (CAT#: HPAB-1115LY)
This product is a recombinant antibody that immuno-specifically binds the glycosylated forms of MUC16, a tethered mucin protein. This antibody was demonstrated to bind to OVCA-433 cells, SKOV3 MUC16c114 cells. It can inhibit and block the MUC16c114-induced matrigel invasion. The KD of this antibody is 63.7 nM.
