Mouse Anti-PDGFB Recombinant Antibody (clone C1) (CAT#: HPAB-0067-YJ)
Mab C1 is a mouse monoclonal antibody binds to human or pig PDGF-BB. PDGF acts as a potent mitogen, chemoattractant and survival factor for mesenchymal cells. PDGF plays a critical role in physiological repair mechanism but also functions in the pathogenesis of various proliferative diseases. Mab C1 acts as a PDGF antagonist. It inhibits the proliferation of several tumor cell lines and human brain tumor cell and inhibits signal transduction by PDGF-BB.
