CytoStream™ Rabbit Anti-PDGFRB Recombinant Antibody (VS13-YC884) (CAT#: VS13-YC884)
The CytoStream™ Rabbit Anti-PDGFRB Recombinant Antibody is specific for human, mouse and rat PDGFRB. PDGFRB encodes a tyrosine kinase receptor affecting cell growth and cardiovascular development, implicated in disorders like myeloproliferative syndromes through chromosomal translocation events. The anti-PDGFRB antibody was developed and selected by our CytoStream™ platform and the mAb is recommended for use in flow cytometry staining (1/1000).
We specialize in custom recombinant antibody production, offering seamless execution from provided sequences to high-quality antibody deliverables, ensuring optimal yield and purity.

- Function
- Tyrosine-protein kinase that acts as cell-surface receptor for homodimeric PDGFB and PDGFD and for heterodimers formed by PDGFA and PDGFB, and plays an essential role in the regulation of embryonic development, cell proliferation, survival, differentiation, chemotaxis and migration. Plays an essential role in blood vessel development by promoting proliferation, migration and recruitment of pericytes and smooth muscle cells to endothelial cells.
