Anti-PDGFRβ scFv-Fc is a fusion protein that combines the antigen-binding ability of a single-chain variable fragment (scFv) with the effector functions of an immunoglobulin's fragment crystallizable (Fc) region. The antibody demonstrates promising anti-tumor activity in vivo and represents a potential therapeutic advancement for cancer and AMD.
