The Rabbit Anti-PDX1 Recombinant Antibody is specific for human PDX1. PDX1 encodes a transcription activator of genes like insulin, crucial for pancreatic development and glucose regulation, with defects causing pancreatic agenesis and diabetes, displaying spliced transcripts. The anti-PDX1 antibody can be used for Western blot (1/500-1/1000), Immunohistochemistry-paraffin (1/100-1/800), Immunocytochemistry (1/50-1/200), Immunofluorescence (1/50-1/200).
