This product is a recombinant mouse antibody that recognizes POU5F1. This antibody can be used for the following applications: IHC, WB. OCT3/4 (also known as POU5F1) is a well-known marker for pluripotent stem cells, both physiologically and artificially induced. OCT3/4 is a transcription factor involved in self-renewal and pluripotency, and might counteract apoptosis in PGCs.
