The Rabbit Anti-PTEN Recombinant Antibody is specific for human and mouse PTEN. PTEN encodes a tumor suppressor phosphatase dephosphorylating phosphoinositides, regulating AKT signaling, with non-canonical forms linked to mitochondrial localization. The anti-PTEN antibody can be used for Western blot (1/500-1/5000), Immunocytochemistry (1/100-1/500), Immunofluorescence (1/100-1/500), Immunohistochemistry-paraffin (1/50-1/200).
