The anti-RAD50 mAb, a result of deep learning optimization, exhibits significant binding affinity for RAD50 in human and rodent models. RAD50 forms the core of the MRN complex, which is essential for the initial sensing and processing of DNA double-strand breaks. It bridges DNA ends to facilitate Homologous Recombination (HR) and triggers the activation of the ATM kinase signaling axis.
