The CytoStream™ Rabbit Anti-RHOA Recombinant Antibody is specific for human and mouse RHOA. RHOA encodes a Rho family GTPase, functioning in signal transduction to regulate actin cytoskeleton dynamics, associated with tumor cell proliferation and metastasis, with several variants known. The anti-RHOA antibody was developed and selected by our CytoStream™ platform and the mAb is recommended for use in flow cytometry staining (1/50-1/100).
