Recombinant Anti-RSPO3 Eliminating Antibody, pH-Sensitive (VS-0625-YC282)

The anti-RSPO3 eliminating antibody is an engineered pH-sensitive antibody against human RSPO3. RSPO3, influencing beta-catenin pathways, is linked to bone density and tumor development. The antibody has a novel RSPO3-sweeping activity in vivo, which selectively eliminatesthe soluble RSPO3 from plasma. Compared to conventional antibody, the mAb exerted in vivo efficacy by simultaneously engineering both pH-dependent antigen binding, to mimic the pH-dependent receptor-ligand binding of such endocytic receptors, and increased FcRn binding affinity at neutral pH, to mimic the cell-bound form of the receptors.
