Mouse Anti-SOX2 Recombinant Antibody (SO476)

The anti-SOX2 recombinant antibody (SO476) reacts with human, monkey, mouse, rat and rabbit SOX2. SOX2 is a master HMG-box transcription factor required for maintaining the self-renewal of stem cells. It is a key member of the "Yamanaka factors" used for iPSC reprogramming. SOX2 signaling is also a major driver of squamous cell carcinomas and glioblastoma stemness. The anti-SOX2 antibody (SO476) has been tested in Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA), Immunocytochemistry (ICC), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Western Blot (WB) and Flow Cytometry (FC).
