Clear Bands In Western Blot
This mouse antibody provided clear detection of SYK in our Western Blot analysis. We used it at a 1:1000 dilution and observed specific bands corresponding to the kinase. It is a reliable tool for studying B-cell signaling pathways.
Good For ELISA
We validated this antibody in ELISA for SYK detection. It reacts with the human protein and showed good sensitivity. The immunogen was a purified recombinant fragment (aa296-484), which seems to provide good specificity for the target.
