Anti-TYRP1 Antibody-Cytokine Fusion Protein, IgG (TA99)-sumIL2 (CAT#: VS-0624-FY77)
TA99 is a mouse monoclonal antibody that reacts with tyrosinase-related protein 1 (TRP1), a 75 kDa human differentiation-associated glycoprotein (gp75). This product is an anti-mouse TRP1-super mutant IL-2, also referred to as TA99-sumIL2. IL-2 plays an important role in key functions of the immune system, tolerance, and immunity, primarily through direct effects on T cells. TA99 enhanced the anti-Tyrp1 CD8⁺ T cell responses to Tyrp1 DNA vaccination as assessed by interferon gamma (IFN-γ) ELISPOT assay. This product has demonstrated the ability to inhibit tumor growth for research.
