Human Anti-VEGFA Recombinant Antibody (clone Y0317); Fab Fragment (CAT#: HPAB-0006-YJ-F(E))
This product is a mutant humanized Fab against human VEGF. Mab Y0317 has strong binding affinities for VEGF, inhibit VEGF-induced proliferation of endothelial cells in vitro, inhibit VEGF-induced angiogenesis in vivo, and inhibit tumor growth in vivo. It may play a role in preventing tumor.
