The affinity matured antibodies XPA.10.064.03, XPA.10.064.04, XPA.10.064.06, XPA.10.064.07, and XPA.10.064.10 as provided herein were generated by random mutagenesis of XPA.10.064 HCDR3 and subsequent binding and functional assays. The binding affinities of the affinity matured antibodies for hVEGF165 are greater than that of Bevacizumab.
