This product is a MHC tetramer of biotinylated peptide/MHC complex composed Tyrp1-derived peptide of ISPNSVFSQWRVVCDSLEDYD sequence covering 277-297 and DRB1*04:01 molecule. The pMHC tetramer recognizes CD8 T cells and can be used in the MHC tetramer analysis of individual antigen-specific T cells.
