H-2 IAb/Mouse MBP (TTHYGSLPQKSQ) MHC Tetramer (CAT#: MHC-YF924)
This product is a MHC tetramer of biotinylated peptide/MHC complex composed MBP-derived peptide of TTHYGSLPQKSQ sequence covering 63-74 and H-2 IAb molecule. The pMHC tetramer recognizes CD8 T cells and can be used in the MHC tetramer analysis of individual antigen-specific T cells.
