Hi-Affi™ antibodies are developed from different sources, such as B cells of immunized animals, hybridoma, phage display library. The application of recombinant technology avoids the traditional ascitic fluid approach, which achieves the antibody generation in a humane way with much larger scale, greater specificity and sensitivity, and not susceptible to cell-line drift or lot-to-lot variation.

Great Myelin Staining

We used this recombinant rabbit antibody for immunohistochemistry on paraffin sections of brain tissue. It provided excellent staining of myelin basic protein. The signal was strong and specific, superior to other antibodies we have tried.

High Affinity Recombinant Antibody

The Hi-Affi™ nature of this antibody is apparent. Clone DS2184AB binds MBP with high affinity. We used it for IHC-FoFr and obtained consistent, high-quality images. The lack of lot-to-lot variation is a huge plus.
