Human Anti-MBP (clone W25MBP10) scFv-Fc Chimera

This product is a fusion protein consisting of a single-chain antibody Fc (scFv-Fc), named W25MBP10. It is composed of an Fv domain that targets Maltose Binding Protein (MBP) connected to a single-chain Fc. The expression of W25MBP10 is used to study intracellular glycosylation processes, particularly when comparing wild-type plants and the alg3-2 mutant plants, allowing researchers to analyze the differences in N-glycosylation heterogeneity and functionality between the two.
