Recombinant Mouse Anti-LYZ Soluble TCR (#1-1-62) (ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun) (CAT#: VS-0622-YF1935)
Mouse TCR (#1-1-62) recognizes LYZ peptide (AMKRHGLDNYREYSLGN) in the context of H2-IAg7. Soluble TCR expressed with ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun strategy (TRAV-TRAC partial-ZIP-Fos, TRBV-TRBC partial-ZIP-Jun) was validated to be able to bind pMHC in published references. The same expression strategy (ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun) is used to express this recombinant Mouse soluble TCR (#1-1-62). Please note that the activity is not guaranteed.
