Recombinant Mouse Anti-LYZ Soluble TCR (#1-1-74) (C-Cys) (CAT#: VS-0622-YF4645)
Mouse TCR (#1-1-74) recognizes LYZ peptide (AMKRHGLDNYREYSLGN) in the context of H2-IAg7. Soluble TCR is expressed with C-terminal Cys strategy (TRAV-TRAC partial-Cys, TRBV-TRBC partial-Cys). Depending the C-terminal Cys, two chains form heterodimer. Please note that the activity is not guaranteed.
