Recombinant Mouse Anti-LYZ Soluble TCR (21.30) (ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun) (CAT#: VS-0622-YF168)
Mouse TCR (21.30) recognizes LYZ peptide (AMKRHGLDNYRGYSLGN) in the context of I-Ag7. Soluble TCR expressed with ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun strategy (TRAV-TRAC partial-ZIP-Fos, TRBV-TRBC partial-ZIP-Jun) was validated to be able to bind pMHC in published references. The same expression strategy (ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun) is used to express this recombinant Mouse soluble TCR (21.30). Please note that the activity is not guaranteed.
