Recombinant Mouse Anti-TPO Soluble TCR (TAZ10) (C-Cys)

Mouse TCR (TAZ10) recognizes TPO peptide (DPIVRGLLARAA) in the context of H2-IAᵏ. Soluble TCR is expressed with C-terminal Cys strategy (TRAV-TRAC partial-Cys, TRBV-TRBC partial-Cys). Depending the C-terminal Cys, two chains form heterodimer. Please note that the activity is not guaranteed.
