Recombinant Anti-CXCR2 Vesicular Antibody, EV Displayed (VS-0425-YC259)

CAT#: VS-0425-YC259

The Recombinant Anti-CXCR2 Vesicular Antibody, EV Displayed (VS-0425-YC259) is an antibody-displaying extracellular vesicle (Ab-EV). The product combines the benefits of both extracellular vesicle (EV) and antibody (Ab) which can guide the decorated EVs to CXCR2-expressed cells or tissues. The CXCR2 is a chemokine receptor involved in migration and immune system pathways, associated with neutropenia conditions.

  • Introduction
  • CXCR2 (C-X-C Motif Chemokine Receptor 2) is a Protein Coding gene. Diseases associated with CXCR2 include Autosomal Recessive Severe Congenital Neutropenia Due To Cxcr2 Deficiency and Neutrophil Migration. Among its related pathways are Akt Signaling and Innate Immune System. Gene Ontology (GO) annotations related to this gene include G-protein coupled receptor activity and C-X-C chemokine receptor activity. An important paralog of this gene is CXCR1.
