Anti-CXCR2 scFv-FC is a recombinant fusion protein designed to specifically target the chemokine receptor CXCR2. This construct leverages a high-affinity single-chain variable fragment (scFv) that recognizes CXCR2, fused to the Fc domain of a human immunoglobulin, typically IgG1. CXCR2 is a crucial G protein-coupled receptor primarily expressed on neutrophils, but also on monocytes, macrophages, and endothelial cells.
