The figure shows 14 day viability of four pancreatic tumor cell l ines in 3D matrigel overlay culture. Images were captured under phase contrast microscopy. Upper panel shows phase contrast micrograph, lower panel shows viability (left hand panel ) and 3D structure number ( right panel ). Significance was tested by one way ANOVA, error bars represent standard deviation.
