This mouse anti-SMAD5 antibody is a product that recognizes human, porcine, rat, mouse SMAD5. The immunogen of this antibody is recombinant fragment, corresponding to amino acids 239aa-372aa of human SMAD5 (C-terminus). The mAb has been tested for use in ELISA, Western Blot (1:500-1:5000), Immunocytochemistry (1:50-1:200).
