The CytoStream™ Rabbit Anti-SMAD5 Recombinant Antibody is specific for human and mouse SMAD5. SMAD5 encodes a signaling protein in TGF-beta pathways, managing hematopoietic progenitor cell proliferation. The anti-SMAD5 antibody was developed and selected by our CytoStream™ platform and the mAb is recommended for use in flow cytometry staining (1/50-1/100).
