Mouse Anti-CCR3 Recombinant Antibody (clone 7B11) (CAT#: FAMAB-0308-CN)
The antibody 7B11 is specific for CCR3 and has the properties of a true receptor antagonist. 7B11 blockes binding of various radiolabeled chemokines to either CCR3 transfectants, or eosinophils. Pretreatment of eosinophils with this mAb blockes chemotaxis and calcium flux induced by all CCR3 ligands.

Exceptional Specificity
In my flow cytometry tests, the Mouse Anti-CCR3 Recombinant Antibody (clone 7B11) demonstrated exceptional specificity. It stained CCR3-positive cells only, avoiding background interference.
Compatibility with Western Blot
I found the Western Blot assay results to be really impressive. The CCR3 protein was clearly identified by the antibody at the anticipated molecular weight.
Useful in Studying Allergic Inflammation
