In our project, when compared to negative and secondary antibody controls, the use of this antibody resulted in a clear and distinct peak of CD3-positive cells, regardless of whether they were labeled with Anti-Human IgG FITC or Anti-His APC. Observing a positive cell population peak of over 90% strongly validates the high binding efficiency and excellent specificity of this antibody for CD3, with virtually no non-specific binding observed.
We are extremely satisfied with these experimental results, which fully demonstrate the superior performance of your Fab fragment antibodies in detecting cell surface antigens. This is of significant importance for our antibody drug development efforts.
