- The CSF1R antibody has been reported in applications of Flow Cytometry. TAMs were isolated from other leukocytes by positive selection for CD115 (anti-mouse CD115-PE, clone AFS98, Biolegend) used at a 1:200 dilution in FACS buffer and incubated at 4°C for 30 minutes. After washing, the cells were incubated with anti-PE microbeads (Miltenyi Biotec) at a 1:10 dilution in FACS buffer at 4°C for a further 20 minutes.
