Afuco™ Anti-Human CSPG4 ADCC Recombinant Antibody, ADCC Enhanced

Anti-CSPG4 ADCC Enhanced Antibody is an ADCC enhanced antibody produced by our Afuco™ platform. The antibodies bind to the membrane-proximal domain (MP) of human Melanoma-Associated chondroitin Sulphate Proteoglycan (MCSP), and are capable of mediating cytolysis of a cell expressing MCSP in the presence of human effector cells or complement. They can be used to treat for the immunotherapy of melanoma.
