Anti-Human CSPG4 Recombinant Antibody (CAT#: TAB-192CL)
Recombinant Human monoclonal antibody expressed in CHO binding to Human CSPG4. The antibodiess bind to the membrane-proximal domain (MP) of human Melanoma-Associated Chondroitin Sulphate Proteoglycan (MCSP), and are capable of mediating cytolysis of a cell expressing MCSP in the presence of human effector cells or complement. They can be used to treat for the immunotherapy of melanoma.
