Recombinant Human Anti-H2N2 HA Antibody (2G1 ) (CAT#: PABL-487)
Recombinant Human Antibody (2G1 ) is capable of binding to H2N2 HA, expressed in HEK 293 cells. Expressed as the combination of a heavy chain (HC) containing VH from anti-H2N2 HA mAb and CH1-3 region of human IgG1 and a light chain (LC) encoding VL from anti-H2N2 HA proteins mAb and CL of human kappa light chain. Exists as a disulfide linked dimer of the HC and LC hetero-dimer under non-reducing condition.

Mice were inoculated on day 0 and treated on day1 with the indicated antibody (8F8, 8M2, 2G1, or a human IgG control) anddose. In each group, six mice were monitored for survival. At the 2G1 200-μg dose (P<0.01), and the 2G1 20-μg dose (P<0.01), treatment conferred a survival advantage by log rank test.
