Anti-IL10 ADCC Enhanced Antibody (SCH708980) is an ADCC enhanced antibody produced by our Afuco™ platform. This is a humanized anti-IL-10 antibody under investigation as an anti-immunosuppressive agent during visceral Leishmaniasis. Of note, there are no ongoing clinical trials that evaluate the therapeutic potential of cytokines from the IL-10 family (or their inhibitors) in cancer patients.
