Specific For IL-21 Receptor

We are characterizing the expression of IL-21R on various lymphocyte subsets. This recombinant human IgG2 antibody showed high specificity for the receptor in Flow Cytometry assays. It helped us distinguish between receptor-positive and negative populations in our immune cell preparations.

High Quality Recombinant IgG2

The antibody was expressed in mammalian cells and purified by affinity chromatography, resulting in>95% purity. We confirmed its binding to IL-21R.Fc in ELISA. It has been a reliable reagent for our research into cytokine signaling in inflammatory bowel disease models.
