Anti-Human P-selectin glycoprotein ligand 1 (PSGL-1) Recombinant Antibody scFv Fragment (CAT#: TAB-265CT-S(P))
This is a humanized monoclonal antibody scFv fragment binds to human P-selectin glycoprotein ligand 1 (PSGL-1) and blocks both selectin and chemokine binding to PSGL-1 expressed on leukocytes, lymphocytes and endothelial cells. It could inhibit migration and rolling of these cells and to methods for screening for inhibitory compounds including such antibodies and binding fragments thereof and to methods of therapeutic use thereof.
