Successful Blocking Assay

We needed an antibody to block the interaction of PSGL-1 with selectins in a leukocyte trafficking model. This mouse IgM clone (CHO131) worked perfectly to neutralize the bioactivity. The functional grade purity was critical for maintaining cell viability during the assay.

Precise Glycan Recognition

This antibody is unique because it recognizes the sLex-bearing core 2 O-glycan structure on CD162. We used it for flow cytometry to characterize glycosylation patterns on stimulated T lymphocytes. The specificity was exactly what we needed for our glyrobiology research project.
