This product is a recombinant mouse antibody Fab fragment that recognizes SELPLG. The Fab only bound to the fusion protein covering residues 42 to 319, but not the fusion protein covering residues 42-119, indicating that the epitope was located between residues 119 to 319. The antibody was purified by affinity chromatography.
