LU25 NSCLC lung tumor cells were injected subcu taneously into NOD/SCID mice. Mice were treated with anti RSPO3 antibody 131R008 (-▲-), paclitaxel alone (-○-), a combination of anti-RSPO3 antibody 131R008 and paclitaxel (-●-), or a control antibody (-■-). Data is shown as tumor volume (mm) over days post-treatment.
