Recombinant Mouse Antibody (JAA-F11) Fab Fragment is specific to TF antigen(Galβ1-3GalNAcα), expressed in Chinese Hamster Ovary cells (CHO). JAA-F11 preferentially binds to tumor tissue over normal, and in vivo it enhances survival and decreases metastasis in the mouse 4T1 metastatic model, indicating a potential for this mAb to be used, after humanization, in cancer patient therapy.
