Recombinant Anti-TF Eliminating Antibody, pH-Sensitive (VS-0625-YC302)

The anti-TF eliminating antibody is an engineered pH-sensitive antibody against human TF. TF is a transferrin, crucial for iron transport throughout the body. The antibody has a novel TF-sweeping activity in vivo, which selectively eliminatesthe soluble TF from plasma. Compared to conventional antibody, the mAb exerted in vivo efficacy by simultaneously engineering both pH-dependent antigen binding, to mimic the pH-dependent receptor-ligand binding of such endocytic receptors, and increased FcRn binding affinity at neutral pH, to mimic the cell-bound form of the receptors.
