Mouse Anti-vWF Recombinant Antibody (clone RU5) (CAT#: PABC-133)

Recombinant Mouse Antibody (RU5) is capable of binding to vWF, expressed in Chinese Hamster Ovary cells (CHO). This antibody inhibits binding of vWF to collagen.

Binding of conformation-dependent antibody RU5. VWF was immobilized in microtiter plate wells via polyclonal antibody DD3. Immobilized VWF was incubated with RU5, and bound RU5 was detected as described under "Experimental Procedures." Wild-type VWF and ΔA3-VWF, which lacks the A3 domain, were used as a positive and negative control, respectively. Binding of RU5 to VWF mutants is expressed as a percentage of wt-VWF binding. Each data point represents the mean ±S.D. of three experiments performed in duplicate.
