CI-2 scaffold protein anti-Human Mdm-2 (CAT#: SCI-L062)
The CI-2 that bound Mdm-2 was isolated from the library using Rational design techonology. After affinity maturation, CI-2 variants were identified having affinities for Mdm-2 as determined by biosensor technology. It's potential to be used in diagnostic, research and therapeutic applications.
