Neocarzinostatin scaffold protein anti-Chicken Lysozyme (CAT#: SNE-L146)
The Neocarzinostatin that bound lysozyme was isolated from the library using Phage display techonology. After affinity maturation, Neocarzinostatin variants were identified having affinities (KD=10 μM) for lysozyme as determined by biosensor technology. It's potential to be used in diagnostic, research and therapeutic applications.
