Useful For T-Cell Research

We used this Fab fragment for immunoprecipitation of CD7 from thymocyte lysates. It worked very well, isolating the gp40 molecule efficiently. The absence of the Fc region in this fragment helped reduce non-specific binding in our functional studies.

Strong Neutralization Potential

In our neutralization assays, this recombinant mouse antibody Fab fragment performed admirably against the native Human CD7 molecule. The functional grade purity is a key benefit, allowing us to use it directly in cell-based assays without further cleanup.
