Aβ1–42 (0–1 μg/mL) without FITC conjugation was preincubated with 3F5 overnight at 4˚C. Thereafter, Aβ1–42 (0–1 μg/mL) without FITC conjugation and Aβ1–42 coated on ELISA plates competitively bound with 3F5 for 90 min at 37˚C. The competitive binding of 3F5 with free or coated Aβ1–42 was detected by ELISA.
